Mindfulness-Wellbeing, Stress and Work-life Balance

3 Hours (2.5 hours training and .5 hours self-paced pre reading and previewing)

This short course will look at wellbeing and resilience, consider the meaning of work-life balance and how this can be achieved and to begin to understand the need for mindful reflection for stress management and to rebalance wellbeing.

Mindfulness-Wellbeing ad Self-Care

3 Hours (2.5 hours training and .5 hours self-paced pre reading and previewing)

This short course will help attendees begin to understand the relationship of building a resilience toolkit to support wellbeing.  Mindfulness and self-care are cornerstones in this toolkit.  Attendees will build a personal wellbeing plan to support personal resilience.

Mindfulness-Leadership and Wellbeing

3 Hours (2.5 hours training and .5 hours self-paced pre reading and previewing)

This short course will empower attendees to embrace mindfulness as part of their leadership toolkit.  Leaders will gain a sound knowledge base of the key differences between managing and leading a team for wellbeing. Leaders will look at the employee voice and explore the role of empathy in leadership. Attendees will also explore communication skills that support and build personal and team wellbeing.

Online Supporting Mental Health at Work

3 Hours (2.5 hours training and .5 hours self-paced pre reading and previewing)

This short course will explore what stress and mental health are and their impact on staff, workplace and family life. The course will look at how psychological safety can be created and supported at work.

Online Leadership, Workplace Wellbeing and Engagement

3 Hours (2.5 hours training and .5 hours self-paced pre reading and previewing)

This short course will help leaders to develop and understanding of the relationship between leadership styles and wellbeing and engagement in the workplace. They will also gain an understanding of organisational theory and its relationship to workplace health and wellbeing. The course will also look at how mindful leadership will support organisations in a transitioning work environment.

Supporting Employees in Mental Distress

3 Hours (2.5 hours training and .5 hours self-paced pre reading and previewing)

This short course will help attendees gain confidence in recognising the signs of mental health challenges and the step to take in mental health crisis.  Attendees will become aware of the next steps forward in supporting Mental Health at Work and at Home.
