They have delivered highly-engaging, evidence-based, bespoke workshops nationwide. Owner and Workplace Health Strategist Dorothy is a member of the Association of Health Promotion Ireland and the Society of Occupational Medicine, INTO and Teaching Council of Ireland. She is a Mental Health First Aider and has also completed further CPD in Health Coaching, Mindfulness and Nutrition. Dorothy has recently co-written the INTO online course Leadership and Wellbeing.
