Mary Teehan is the Head of Research & Projects for Irish Green Building Council. She is a PMP professional in project management. Starting her career with the historic built environment, she moved to strategy, policy initiatives and research with the Royal Irish Academy and the Discovery Programme, working on Horizon 2020 ERIHS and lectured in the DIT Planning department. Mary worked with the climate adaption of the property portfolio within the Irish Dept of Foreign Affairs and was co-founder of the DFA Green Committee. She is on the World Green Buildings Council (WGBC) ESG Taskforce and lead on the ENACT initiative – enabling national action in commercial retrofit.
Lorenzo De Donatis is currently an ICL (Intelligent Communications Lifecycle) manager for Integrated Environmental Solutions Ltd, with over 5 years in the AECO industry. He is responsible for managing the Irish ICL Consultancy Department across a rage of sustainability and whole-life carbon assessment projects, participating in proposal writing and managing budget, resources, technical work and client communications from project start to closure. He works closely with product owners to align the ICL set of tools to market needs and client expectations, focusing on clients’ ESG goals and decarbonisation policies in various industries across Europe and the UK.
Michael Boyle is currently the Sustainability Director for Ethos Engineering, with over 9 years in the AECO industry. As a Sustainability Director in Ethos his key objective is to lead his team to develop and deliver the best sustainability solutions for their clients, incorporating the most up to date initiatives and industry standards. He is passionate about driving sustainability within Ethos, from developing their zero-carbon pathway and implementing the company ESG policies, to bringing the latest industry rating systems to their external clients. He advocates for and drives the sustainability agenda in all aspects of his work.
