Workplace Health and Wellbeing Ltd works with organisations by supporting them help achieve employee engagement, talent retention, workplace culture, mental health at work whilst improving the bottom line. They have delivered highly-engaging, evidence-based, bespoke workshops nationwide. Owner and Workplace Health Strategist Dorothy is a member of the Association of Health Promotion Ireland and the Society of Occupational Medicine, INTO and Teaching Council of Ireland. She is a Mental Health First Aider and has also completed further CPD in Health Coaching, Mindfulness and Nutrition. Dorothy has recently co-written the INTO online course Leadership and Wellbeing.
