Dún Laoghaire Further Education Institute is a constituent college of the DDLETB (Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education Training Board). DFEi offers a wide range of full time Further Education courses which are dynamic, meet specialist standards and provide quality assured qualifications that lead to employment or Higher Education through our valid progression routes. Our courses span over six departments: 1) Animal Healthcare Department 2) Art, Business and Humanities Department 3) Computing and Technology Department 4) Craft, Design and Construction Department 5) Community, Healthcare and Nursing Department 6) Media, Radio and sound Department DFEi also has a proud tradition of apprentice education in trades such as Carpentry & Joinery, Bricklaying and Cabinetmaking. Moreover, the college has had notable success at both National Skills and World Skills competitions.
