Women in Construction Leadership Programme

The CitA Skillnet Women in Construction Leadership Programme is designed to support women working across the Irish construction and built environment sector in developing the leadership knowledge, skills, and confidence to progress their careers and contribute to the future growth of the industry.

Supported by CitA Skillnet, this four-day programme provides practical leadership development through facilitated workshops, peer learning, and reflective practice. Participants will explore key leadership principles, strengthen their communication and influencing skills, and develop strategies for leading teams, managing change, and building resilience in today’s evolving construction sector.
