 n the five priority pillars identified in the bid call.\n\n\n 	Digital Le
 adership and Cultural Change- facilitate a single source of expertise wher
 e productivity\, energy performance\, lean construction\, sustainability\,
  decarbonisation\, the circular economy\, procurement and BIM co-exist and
  are actively promoted.\n 	Digital Standards - Strengthen Ireland's commi
 tment to digital information standards. For example\, supporting business 
 to adopt Open BIM (buildingSMART)\; National Build Digital toolkit\; inter
 national information management standards eg. ISO19650 etc…\n 	Digital E
 ducation and Training- Develop a consistent digital experience in Irish ed
 ucation and industry to help grow digital competencies. For example\, a ba
 se level of learning outcomes targeted at NFQ levels across Irish third le
 vel colleges accredited by professional bodies\; an Open BIM education pro
 gramme\, shared digital content across Irish third level colleges etc…\n
  	Digital Procurement - support a public information management mandate t
 hat will facilitate BOTH the implementation of public works projects AND p
 rivate sector projects. For example\, specific tailored guidance is target
 ed to better equip private clients and public authorities when adopting BI
 M and digital information management standards\; National Cost Database et
 c ….\n 	Circular Economy – this cross-cutting theme will retain a foc
 us on the contribution of the above pillars to optimising resources in our
  industry which will help accelerate change towards a sustainable circular
  economy. For example\, help educate our sector to think and practice sust
 ainability\, reduce material use\, implementation of ISO/TC 323 by procur
