About CITA Skillnet
CITA Skillnet is promoted by the Construction IT Alliance Limited (CITA) which has a constituent membership in excess of 300 companies, representative of all the major sub-sectors of the Construction Industry.

The Network focuses on IT training needs within the Irish construction industry and target organisations include Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Professional Institutions, Quantity Surveyors, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. In 2014, CITA Skillnet can support non-IT courses for construction and related sectors.

CITA Skillnet has been successful in receiving funding for 2014. It is funded by member companies and the Training Networks Programme, an initiative of Skillnets Ltd. funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Education and Skills.

Training grants received by CITA Skillnet enables the network to provide a discount of up to 30% on most training courses to member companies.

CITA Skillnet can also provide free training to unemployed trainees.
